Igor Kozdrak

Igor is a legal and investment expert with a strong background in corporate law, taxation, and administrative procedures. As a Partner at Mavenwood Capital, he specializes in real estate investment, wealth management, and strategic advisory, assisting international investors in navigating the Polish property market, legal regulations, and investment structuring.
With a Master’s degree in Law and a postgraduate specialization in tax law and accounting from Warsaw University, Igor has built a distinguished career in legal advisory, investment strategy, and regulatory compliance. Since 2017, he has successfully managed his own law firm, advising corporate clients on business law, tax optimization, regulatory compliance, and public procurement. His expertise also extends to administrative law and procedures, particularly in matters related to property transactions, real estate due diligence, and investment-related permits and authorizations.
Over the years, Igor has served as a board proxy and legal advisor for companies in highly regulated industries, including security and defense, where he has developed a deep understanding of risk management, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance.
Beyond legal and investment consulting, Igor has been actively involved in historical and cultural preservation initiatives. He served as a board member of an Israeli foundation dedicated to commemorating the heritage of pre-war Polish-Jewish communities.

With over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate, Maksymilian has built a career on strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the Polish market. As a partner at Mavenwood Capital, he plays a key role in shaping investment strategies and guiding companies toward optimal real estate decisions.
His career has been defined by high-stakes negotiations and influential partnerships. He has advised businesses across industries on lease strategies, worked alongside Poland’s largest developers, and collaborated with international funds on complex real estate transactions. Notably, he played a key role in negotiations for Poland’s largest national development bank, successfully securing individual deals worth over €20 million
Beyond real estate, Maks has worked closely with multiple business chambers across Poland, further strengthening his market knowledge and industry connections. A University of Warsaw alumnus, he is known for his calm, logical approach—an asset in complex negotiations where precision and strategy make all the difference.
